JFK: The Smoking Gun

RE: JFK: The Smoking Gun
Man, with all of those witnesses and a rifle discharge that would clearly have been much louder since it would have been much closer, they must have paid A LOT of people off to keep this buried.

If the rifle was on the floor when the first shot rang out the agent would have had to react instantly, pick it up, take the safety off, STAND UP, (otherwise he shoots the windshield out of his own car) and fire the gun in the opposite direction of where he should have been looking.

Sorry. The bullshit is too deep with that one and has been noted, no one saw anything...even the other Secret Service Agents in or on the car. If you fire a rifle that close to someone's ears they will hear it.

I can attest to this. Anyone without hearing protection forward of the plane perpendicular to the muzzle is going to know it. Not only that, but there will be forensic evidence to gather - most notably but not limited to, an empty shell casing.

Yet, there is no forensic evidence, or any remotely conclusive testimony that I am aware of that says that *anyone* in the Secret Service detail fired a shot that day. Just some dude with questionable credentials and an opinion.

It takes a lot more than than to get me interested in wasting two hours of my life.

RE: JFK: The Smoking Gun
From the Warren Commission report.

Quote:The detailed autopsy of President Kennedy performed on the night of November 22 at the Bethesda Naval Hospital led the three examining pathologists to conclude that the smaller hole in the rear of the President's skull was the point of entry and that the large opening on the right side of his head was the wound of exit.148 The smaller hole on the back of the President's head measured one-fourth of an inch by five-eighths of an inch (6 by 15 millimeters).149 The dimensions of that wound were consistent with having been caused by a 6.5-millimeter bullet fired from behind and above which struck at a tangent or an angle causing a 15-millimeter cut. The cut reflected a larger dimension of entry than the bullet's diameter of 6.5 millimeters, since the missile, in effect, sliced along the skull for a fractional distance until it entered.150 The dimension of 6 millimeters, somewhat smaller than the diameter of a 6.5-millimeter bullet, was caused by the elastic recoil of the skull which shrinks the size of an opening after a missile passes through it.151

Oh you know the Warren commission was paid off by the government...

If what they say is true that "6.5-millimeter bullet, was caused by the elastic recoil of the skull which shrinks the size of an opening after a missile passes through it" Not being an expert that sounds a bit like an excuse but if true it changes things, the experts on the show I think talked about this, I did not see the entire show, In light of this which i did not know, I will keep my promise and shut up about this. For me that was a huge problem to get past

I'm definitely no expert on the subject of tissue elasticity, but I have been stabbed, superficially anyway, by round objects- rebar, drill bits, a screwdriver and pencils. Once removed, I can say that the hole left behind appears smaller. I've declined medical attention thinking it was a lesser injury. Your earlier statement about a 6mm hole from a 6.5mm round didn't pose a problem to my mind.

I also have suffered stab / puncture wounds from a number of pointy things (nails, screwdriver, a dart, etc) and the resulting wound was always smaller than you might expect.

I also see no problem with a 6mm wound from a 6.5mm bullet - and neither did the pathologist who did the autopsy.

Likewise, I am no expert on tissue elasticity - but I'll go out on a limb and suggest that the fact that such a term exists suggests that tissue is in fact, elastic to one degree or another. Big Grin

I quite agree, C/D. The fact that the term "pervert priest" exists is strong evidence for the existence of pervert priests!

1. Oswald was in the U.S. military (pro U.S.)

2 Oswald then later is a spy and assumes the identity of a communist to get into communist countries (anti-U.S.)

3. Oswald then comes back to the U.S. after failing at being a spy, when he comes back he meets and hangs out with secret service people (the people he knows from the community of fellow employees). He hangs out with anti-communist radical groups. (Pro-U,S)

While he is hanging out with radical anti-communist people and other associated with secret service/intelligence organizations he is operating a front organization still pretending to be a communist.

Seems like oswald was a spy, a failed spy, that was useful to use in placing him there the day that JFK was killed and possibly having fired shots.

Oswald as shown above was a bad spy and blew his cover when he got arrested, he spilled the beans and said he was a patsy, so he then had to go "swimming with the fishes".
