I heard about this, but dismissed it at first. But dammit if it isn't the funniest thing ever.

How's this for morality:

She's fucking people that consent to sex and pay her for her actions. She's not a moral figure, she's just a person that gets paid for sex as a service.

Catholic priests raped little kids.

Jep, they usually fail to realize that we are not the ones with the unhealthy hangups about sex.

Hey,

As one example, the textbook said the the Exxon Valdez spill was not a big deal, and the international community commended Exxon for it's swift and thorough clean-up efforts. That was untrue.

I think the homosexual lobbyists can be very detrimental. To me there is little difference beyween a homosexual or evolutionary lobbyist, that lobbyists for causes I "beleive in" are not "sharing truth" or somehow more valid. The homosexual lobby can be detrimental if it comes at the price of something else. See Kevin Jennings push for the sexualization of children (with adults) and the moral depravity in that story. And he is not just a lobbyist, but a 'czar'. Can't be worse than Michael Taylor being Monsanto's lawyer (one of them) then working for the FDA, then working as vice president of Monsanto, then now back in charge of the FDA. Hmmmmm. Conflict of interest? All lobbys can be bad as they can push gov't to adhere to their policy and wishes above any others, at any cost...

The textbooks also were written by those who won the wars. They didn't tell us about Waterloo in History. In America they omit the burning of DC. Textbooks, sheesh.

I have been to some of the beaches where the Exxon Valdez spill happened, and there is still oil under the surface gravel on the beach - the beaches look fine, but if you dig down half a metre or so you can see the oily film from the spilled oil.
Has anyone really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?

ewwww.

Very sad, eh?

Don't you like the soap commercials about saving animals in oil spills? Little do we know that the oil was on it's way to be made into industrial soaps... Chicken and egg.

A Crocoduck. I believe it was during their debate with the Rational Response Squad that the had used that image. This prompted people to use that image as a testament to the stupidity of creationists like Comfort. Hence the Crocoduck shirts, ties, etc.

Comfort and Cameron are not the only ones arguing this stupid point, so did Harun Yahya with his "if evolution is true why are there no starfish turning into regular fish intermediate species?" complete with artists impressions.

Technically there is a crocoduck

"The long bill has toothy projections along its edges that help the duck hold onto its slippery fish prey." A group of ducks known as "saw billed" because of the denticulations along the bill, also in the family are Goosanders and I think Smew.

Well basically all birds are descendants from theropods so they have more in common with dinosaurs than crocks.

Of course, these morons were pushing their creationist crap on the kids and they wanted to expose them to the museum exhibits so they could point out the "errors". At one point the group was gathered in front of an exhibit displaying dinosaur bones. The head moron read the placard that told how the bones were approximately 65 million years old. The moron then instructed the children that this, of course, was wrong because we know the Earth is only 10,000 years old, and we know this through the Bible. The moron then asked the kids how the scientists could possibly know that the bones were 65 million years old. He then had the kids repeat in unison, "How do they know?" several times. What was ironic was that ten feet away was a display that explained how carbon dating works. Of course, the moron didn't point this out to the kids!

In my mind this borders on child abuse. Filling a kid's head with nonsensical trash. It was sickening to watch.

it doesn't just border it is child abuse

And THAT is why science and religion are incompatible. Dogma always has been and will always will be chosen over contradicting evidence by the superstitious.
