My days of debating religion are long over, now I only seek what I can learn from it while soothing the flames of hatred and correcting voids of ignorance between both parties as best as I can.

Properly basic implies a necessity for dialogue, of which no religious dogma can justifiably lay claim to.

An illness that involves a delusional stance towards reality; the difference with religion being that enough minds have latched onto the deluded perception or idea.

Just because an idea is different from your own does not mean those who support that idea are delusional. Reflect rather on your own delusions than that of others, so that you might become better as a person.

-and when you figure out what there is to learn from such narratives go ahead and get back to me. Until then, meh. I think it would be a wonderful discussion, I keep waiting for you to get it rolling. I can see you're far too busy for that, though - carry on.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Tell me, would you say you hold a grudge against religion?

I'm clearly on James Redfeild's ignore list, and apparently MK has lost interest. I leave these proceedings to you, my fellow competent apologists of reason in the face of EXTREME ignorance. Good evening all Big Grin

What are my delusions wise one? I never said an idea that is different qualifies as a delusion; an idea that contradicts the known facts of reality, however, is.
