Where did the universe come from? Atheistic origin science has no answer.
RE: Where did the universe come from? Atheistic origin science has no answer.
Hey Huggy, I'm curious about your new signature: I read that exchange, and right after you corrected Rhythm he honestly admitted he was wrong and the conversation continued in good faith. Don't you think it's a tad... unseemly, to gloat like that when an in-context reading demonstrates a sincere mistake that was learned from?

I mean, do you really think someone else being wrong, especially on a topic as esoteric as apiculture, is worthy of that? Thinking

How, did i not make myself clear? I had been using / to symbolize the division of numbers.

as in 12/3 = 4

The / in fractions is always a division sign. 12/3 is a fraction. It is also 24/6 and 3.6/.9 and 4/1 (which we can notate as 4 since a number divided by 1 is always that number).

1/4 is also a fraction equaling .25/1 or more simply .25

When I was a kid, I learned to depict inline divisions as 12:3, or 34:3.4. Only when I started reading printed equations did I notice the shift to the / sign.

When I was a kid, I didn't think whether the Universe was designed or evolved on its own depended on whether DNA helical pitch is 34/23.7, and whether 34/23.7 is called a ratio or not. Come to think of it, I still don't.

The last 20 pages have literally been Huggy asking the definitions of simple words and then denying them when we give them. The substance of his argument is so lost it's not even worth humoring him anymore.

I don't know. Math can be kinda fun. You know why we invert and multiply to divide fractions? http://www.moveitmaththesource.com/realf...proof.html

Math is fun. Trying to engage Huggy in conversation is not.

You beat me to this one. Huggy has bamboozled himself into accepting another sacred text. First there was the Bible and now there is Phi. Once you base your belief on Phi, you must fit everything living into Phi even it requires pounding a square peg into a round hole.

When I made the comment that it wasn't a ratio, you're the ones that derailed the thread.

The fact that it wasn't properly formatted as a ratio is all i was saying.

Do you realize that this post is an indication that you haven't mastered grade 4 arithmetic? What a fucking moron you are, and a total waste. You should be banned for the sheer stupidity you have shown so far, making everyone here wasting their time.
