How to argue against this claim

RE: How to argue against this claim
God curing cancer... why won't god 'cure' paraplegics ?
“Love is the only bow on Life’s dark cloud. It is the morning and the evening star. It shines upon the babe, and sheds its radiance on the quiet tomb. It is the mother of art, inspirer of poet, patriot and philosopher.

It is the air and light of every heart – builder of every home, kindler of every fire on every hearth. It was the first to dream of immortality. It fills the world with melody – for music is the voice of love.

Love is the magician, the enchanter, that changes worthless things to Joy, and makes royal kings and queens of common clay. It is the perfume of that wondrous flower, the heart, and without that sacred passion, that divine swoon, we are less than beasts; but with it, earth is heaven, and we are gods.” - Robert. G. Ingersoll

Or amputees.
Or Down Syndrome.
Or Parkinsons.
Or Alzheimers.

God only heals invisible diseases. Says so, right on the label.

To be fair to theists, I will also go after atheists when they hold positions I do not agree with, keep that in mind too.

Well if god just healed people like that he would reveal himself to the world! God only makes subtle miracles because otherwise he would be giving proof of his existence!

Despite the vast amount of contradictions in this claim, that I've heard multiple times from Christians, how is it that they know god's intentions? I thought none of us could understand god, yet you, a Christian, claim to know his intentions, better than anyone else? Very interesting. Yet in the argument about the evil of man, NOT THE EVIL OF GOD MIND YOU, Christians will often say, 'We don't know god's plan and we don't pretend to.'

Okay so in one situation, when it serves the purpose of giving you ammunition in an argument, you are well aware of god's intentions in only curing disease or disorders in a 'subtle' manner. However, when god's intentions would fail to be justified by thousands upon thousands of innocent people dying every day, then you claim to know nothing of god's intentions! How convenient.

That's a fair question which I've often asked myself and I'll give it to you. Maybe God didn't directly cause some people's cancer to go into remission. Maybe there is a scientific explanation which we haven't discovered yet. The day may come when we can grow an amputee's leg back using stem cells or whatever.

And you'll credit God for that too I'd wager. Something about God's gift through science or knowledge.

Why is god usually credited with all the good stuff but the bad stuff is either the work of the devil or a result of man's "fall"?

Because then Christians would have to admit that god is not all-loving. They will claim that good will is god's will and evil will is man's will. Because our will is free from influence...

Therein lies the problem. If god is all-knowing, that means our fate is predetermined and a predetermined fate and free will CANNOT coexist. However if god gives us free will that means he is not all-knowing because we can change our minds at any point in time about any decisions we might make.
