RE: The Case for the Resurrection of Jesus Christ (Part Ad Neuseum)

A waited a solid 5 seconds before I got it.
I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:
"I don't hang around with mostly men because I'm gay. It's because men are better than women. Better trained, better equipped...better. Just better! I'm not gay."
For context, this is the previous verse:
"Hi Jesus" -robvalue

Worse than the ad-hoc hypotheses are the ad-hoc statements. They miss out the maybe, and just assert that some ridiculous scenario did actually happen. The only backup seems to be that it must have happened that way, because otherwise what they believe is wrong.
To them it's always better to make up one more thing than to think.

The Romans were really shit if they can't even crucify someone properly.

A good point. If Jesus really was seen alive after being crucified by the Romans, they'd have shit a brick over that.
The whole point of crucifixion is not just to execute someone but to execute them publicly and painfully on display for all to see as a grim warning "don't fuck with us". They didn't allow their crucified prisoners to be buried either. They left your dead carcass up on that cross to rot, stink and have crows pick your body apart as the final insult. Your corpse only came down when it finally rotted off the cross.
If any condemned criminal were discovered to have survived the execution, the Romans would have spared no expense to hunt them down. It would be like a rebellion going unpunished. Such a thing would damage the whole terrifying point of such a public execution. At the very least, there should be some record of it.
