My guess is there'd be a couple of people outraged, but the majority would be fine with it, as that person will likely go out of business once the word gets out and they boycott that business. It's the advantage of the majority when discussing the rights of the minority.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

Hate speech and racism should be protected, whether under religion or not. Hate speech is such an absurd concept. First, it's completely and utterly subjective. Second; the one thing objective about it is that it puts the onus of violence on someone who didn't necessarily commit violence - and that's illogical. Free speech and hateful speech are co-dependent; you can't have one without the other, and that's fine.

Huggies, have you got anything to say about the actual topic of the thread?!? Indiana has [passed a law protecting bigotry] and all you can concern yourself with is a perceived bigoted comment. On top of that, you have to troll other threads, calling out a poster, both are rules infractions. I bolded, underlined and colored the relevant text red. Thank you SOW for pointing this out.
RULE 4:
No Trolling
"Trolling is where a person makes a deliberately provocative posting with the aim of inciting an angry response, and is not allowed. As discussions can at times get heated, not all provocative posts will get classed as trolling. However, if a member is found to be making multiple such posts, or appear to only be using the forum to provoke people, they will be in violation of this rule."
I bolded text in the above rule to show relevance.
RULE 13:
No Calling Out
"Do not any create threads that call out a specific member. Calling out is whenever someone creates a thread that is aimed at a specific member in order to insult him, complain about him, and/or to put him in a awkward position such as by challenging his views or even by asking him questions. This type of attack is sometimes accompanied by a display of a member's username in the title of a thread as well, and that is not allowed either. Any such posts or titles will be edited by the staff as soon as they are brought to our attention."
While there wasn't a specific thread dedicated by huggy, he has still managed to call out one specific person throughout his troll-fest. To me, that is still calling someone out and should still be a violation of the rules. He has gone to the level of bullying and targeting one member.
And THAT is the Take Away.

So, you'll make this explicitly about my race, in a post about how it's bad to be racist? I hope you're not serious....

that would be the gold chains and rims part...
What does that have to do with race? I've seen people of at least four different races into those sorts of trappings.
What race do you associate with these sorts of things? And why?

So by your statement of "I hope you're not serious...." you are now giving anyone reading this the impression that while it's okay for YOU to be offended by a series of words strung together to form a few sentences, no one else is allowed to be?
Truly, you've officially gone over the top and have entered into an entirely different dimension of crazy.
What makes it okay for you to rant over several different threads about how offended YOU are but when you do something similar to someone else, it's okay? Nope. NOT okay. You just insulted the ETHNICITY of someone on here.
Pot meet kettle.
