The world in a), I think would be forever. It would be a possible favor and not a bad favor, it would be an ok one, and one a lot of people without knowledge of the higher stations with God would love because they don't like suffering.
But God has a special type of grace that he wants us to give, and wants us to reward us with a special relationship with him that is everlasting.
If you see God as the most worthy goal, and that higher stations inward stations, and their favour, then that grace outweighs the suffering in the system of the world in it is and outweighs the grace in world in a).
I guess from your point of view, since, there is no station in the unseen of beauty and glory, and higher ranks, and all sort of fruits of two kinds from majesty and beauty, then you don't see good deeds as really worth it.
But I think honor is a greater reward then just happiness, specially since a greater happiness and greater peace would result to the the good people.
I think it being instruments of compassion in temporarily world in need of it, with reward of a world of just peace in the next, is a great favor.

The harsh fact with heaven hell reward punishment it devalues life meaning its just pointless if that system existed.
I wouldn't want to exist if those were my 2 options.

I could not agree more. To me it explains why some people will not turn away from their atheism despite being intelligent enough to know how irrational it is.

You expect to see into the non-physical spiritual realm?
Some do and you guys say: "Get help."
Everyone doesn't see things there.
I'm not quite getting what you're saying. Are you saying that there is no physical evidence of these witches, demons etc?
The evidence is the ruin caused to those how follow demons and those affected by those misguided souls.

Atheism is irrational, is it? How exactly is not believing in something for which there is a total lack of evidence 'irrational'? Can you not see how blindly following what some dusty old book of fairy tales and wishful thinking is irrational? Your entire system is based around self-congratulatory circle-jerking, from your almighty god who claims he is perfect and ultimate in every way, to claiming to be the wisest among all humans, to your oppression of science and cultural development out of fear that it will expose your doctrine for the laughably outdated bullshit that it is. Grow the fuck up and enjoy the life you have. Stop focusing on what might happen after you shut your eyes for the last time and get a grip on reality.
As for 'those who follow demons'...nuh-uh.
Again your need to nestle in the bosom of the supernatural comes to light. Bad people do bad thing, often because they're just fucking bad. They don't 'follow demons'. They're not 'corrupted by Satan'. They might have mental illness, they might just get off on violence and manipulation. But to take away the responibility and consequences for their actions out of the hands of the human race entirely, and place it squarely in the lap of this figmental 'Satan'. That is intellectual and moral cowardice at its purest form. It is practically a betrayal of the incredibly powerful organ in your skull at your disposal.
I re-iterate; grow the fuck up, read a few books, and get back in touch with reality.

Ok but how do you know that the misfortunes in peoples lives are not just down to bad luck?
How do you tell if they are following a demon?
How can you tell a demon? What are the signs? What do they look like? Sound like? Smell like? Do they have any bizzare actions that might give them away?

I would certainly rather live in a world where everyone is happy all the time and could only conceive of and do happy things. I think if any theist was in such a world for a day, they would not want to go back either.
The idea that suffering makes the good things better is entirely a result of how god set things up. According to theists that is. God created the rules, right? That is a sadistic way of running things. Instead of people just being happy and appreciating being happy, they have to suffer first to achieve more happiness. If you just accept whatever crap god does because he is god, you have no way of telling whether he has our best intentions in mind or not.
Theists seem to live in this blur between reality and fantasy. On the one hand they see all the suffering we do, all the problems in the world, people having to eat or else they starve, animals excreting, natural disasters, exactly what you would expect from a world not created or governed by a good supernatural force. But then they see god there too, fighting against this reality, trying to make things right. Fighting against the reality he supposedly created. But in their mind they somehow attribute it to "how things are". This seems to be a major point of dissidence. They see him showing up to do tiny things (globally speaking) like save a child from getting killed when everyone else in the car gets wiped out, instead of ending suffering and death forever entirely. It makes god sound more like an extremely minor helper in a world he had nothing to do with than a being of great power.
And as to all these demons, vampires, UFOS, evil spirits... it seems the trick to keeping these at bay is critical thinking. They never show up to sceptics.

Oh, but of course it's irrational. And Chad has plenty of evidence to to show you. All you have to do is believe in the evidence before he shows it to you, that way he won't have to show it to you and it will all make perfect sense. Now, doesn't that just make atheism look silly. [/sarcasm]

God can apparently do anything, except stop satan wrecking his plans.
It is side splitting to me that a significant number of those in god's actual presence decided he was a twat and walked out on him. Kind of ruins the idea that if we would "just see" we would become christians. No, I'd just be hating a real being rather than a fictional character.
