What do the theists here think about masturbation and porn?

I wonder what do the theists here think about masturbation and porn? Christianity defines these as deadly sins, altough there are no commandments specifying one shouldn't bash the bishop or watch other people getting laid. I don't know what Islam says about that, if anything.
Do you watch porn and do you practice the other thing? This is your chance to confess and I promise I'll order god not to punish you!

Watch porn-yes. Masterbate-yes. Medical community states that (for males) the frequency of ejaculation is inversely proportional to the incidence or prostate cancer.

There are also studies that suggest excessive masturbation is bad for mental health and leaves the body low in certain hormones.
Define excessive please. If it is the amount that negatively impacts my life and behavior then I agree, excessive is not good. I'm kind of nuts anyway, at my frequency and age I'll risk the mental health. Could I have the studies for low hormones please? Professional curiosity only.

They should tell that to the mountain air because its effect on me is the same as Viagra would affect me. Years ago I had sex 11 times at the mountain but if the guy weren't there to satisfy my "hunger", it would have been 11 times of masturbation.
