I enjoy theists being here. It gives discussion the potential to be more interesting and deeper, since not everyone is of the same exact mind. Personally, I'd find it boring without someone there playing devil's advocate.

we don't mind "deep" conversations, but some are just abysmal!
No God, No fear.

That depends on the theist. I do still miss Frods, though. RE: Theists on atheist forums

Personally, I'd find it boring without someone there playing devil's advocate. Theists are not playing devil's advocate, they are the devil himself, if we are to follow the analogy correctly. Only atheists can play the devil's advocate in this sense, and I also think they would do it better, since they wouldn't be biased or lying about it. So I don't really see any point for theists do be here, if we are to take only this into account. I do see a point, however, in showing them how unhealthy or illogic theism is . Frodo had probably the most confusing beliefs, and also the weirdest ways of defending them, that I think I've ever heard.
I'm not convinced he even knew what he believed. But he was a cool character. Feel free to send me a private message.

Exactly. And he could talk about other things.
I voted "depends". Cath and Lek, Frodo on occasion, sure.
Dipshits like Drich or Huggy are useless, and the forum would be better off without them.
Don't forget Randy and G-C.
Why did Frodo get banned if everyone seemed to like him?
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."
