He might want to rethink that strategy . . .
 The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

Well, he's already done more time in jail in Mexico than he did in the US.

Oh, so if I murdered someone when I was 15 it wouldn't go on my record? Sweet. Gotta grab my Scissors and go on yet another of my extremely enjoyable walks.
