As far as gun control, look at the gun control rates of leftist nations especially those more related to communism.

But while you're at it, look at the gun crime of those same nations.

I mean even look at the socialist nations today. They are starting to collapse, or have achieved more by moving away from socialism. The left has become totalitarian, in trying to control every aspect of society. Since they represent labor, they really don't know what they are doing but I'm sure have good intentions.

Which socialist nations? I don't see Germany collapsing or the Scandinavian countries. Countries that are in trouble are the ones more exposed to the financial crisis because of their right wing policies which is a problem with financial system, not socialism.

So what about gun violence? Free speech leads to hurt feelings sometimes, but I would rather have free speech then thought or gun control The only ones that are involved are the criminals, and the black market will always be there even if you make it illegal to own a gun. We have a lot of felons that can't legally own guns, but still manage to get their hands on them. Sure I guess you could say because we have so many in this country and I have to give you that point, but there are more legal gun owners that don't commit crimes then do. Most that I know have not committed a crime and just want them for self defense.

To be fair there are some really nice socialist countries, like Norway, and I guess I was thinking of the more eastern Europeans and latin American nations, like Venezuela and Argentina for example. Clearly two very corrupt countries, but hey that's just a conspiracy theory right. Even france is starting to collapse.

What's with the EU and other socialist nations just letting in all these young Muslim men many which have no respect for the culture, and prefer to not assimilate. This will be the nail in the coffin, in several more months after the problems really start.

Anecdotes are evidence fail.

Yeah, in a properly-run society with limitations on guns, some people will still find guns and cause damage. But you have to look at the greater good: how many deadly shootings have there been in France relative to the US, and who are the shooters?

Okay, so a couple dozen have been killed by terror attacks in France. Hundreds are killed in the US by accident, by design, or by cop. And why are American cops so fucking crazy? It's because they are trained to assume that every citizen is ready to pull out a fucking gun, and therefore to default to deadly force.

So yeah, if there were terrorists, and a trained government agent with a pistol had been present, things might have turned out differently. If, on the other hand, 50% of French people had AK-47s, then you'd see a massive increase in the overall gun deaths.

My point is-- fuck the anecdotes and go with the statistics.
