Shouldn't Atheists learn to accept religion?

Not anything.

Something conceived through the mind that makes itself into actual existence, an architect designing a building, is one thing.

Something else conceived through the mind, clearly given the connotation of fiction because it has no place in reality, is something else entirely.

As I said I don't believe what follows, but would not discount it 100% ... a flying spaghetti monster may exist in another dimension, universe or time. We may be only capable of creating fiction that is, has been or could be? I don't consider it likely, but discount nothing 100%

If you think the flying spaghetti monster is beyond belief, try having the discussion about particles jumping in and out of existence with a medieval alchemist ....

That one bolded word ensures I would win the argument.

Must admit I don't get it?

Your 99 and another's 100 are likely the same thing.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

I have nothing to base a 100% assumption on, I don't even understand my own conscious, that's a pretty unstable position to be stating anything 100% .... Maybe there are those that know what our consciousness is, I doubt it but I'm not 100% certain ...

I think you meant conscience.

@ Madog

Those are the caveats to -any- knowledge claim that I was just talking about.

Quote:the fundamental limits to knowledge that make a person call something like the sun rising in the morning a "99.9999% certainty". The terminus of every brain in a vat discussion. Or, "what if there's something you don't know"?

All of that is included in my 100, which is your 99.

Do you recall why, by chance?  Morbid curiosity, lol.

No, I don't remember the "reasoning" ... I've been online in atheist/free-thought circles for a couple of decades now, and it's lost in the haze of a fifty-year-old brain.
