Good try but here's the thing, universe creating pixies is not the same as God creating the universe.

Are pixies all powerful like God?

Acting in concert, they're powerful enough to create a universe. That's as powerful as they need to be for this argument.

Are pixies all knowing like God?

That has not been established to be a necessary attribute for creating a universe so it doesn't matter for this argument.

Probably a mix, which would entirely explain the situation in which we find ourselves.

Are pixies all perfect like God?

The only thing we know for sure about them is that they can and did create the universe.

Are there any miracles related to pixies and if so are they demonic?

All miracles that actually happen are pixie-related.

Do anyone worship pixies?

Whether they're worshipped is irrelevant to whether they could and did create the universe. They could have all been killed in the creation process except for the few left who muck around with miracles.

When it comes down to it, this image is merely a false analogy, a logical fallacy that tries to equate the argument of the existence of pixies with the argument for the existence of God. The Bible is epistemologically correct, explains why science is possible, gives a consistent basis for morality, logic, and truth, and is without contradictions both internally and with reality. The Bible explains the most fundamental questions that humans need to know, Where did I come from? (God created us - Genesis 1:1) (2) Why am I here? (we are here to have a relationship with God - Genesis 15:6) (3) Where am I going? (we have a destination after death - Genesis 25:8).  The bible contains hundreds of fulfilled prophecies which people who are not open to the evidence deny.

This argument is not related to Christianity or the Bible in any way.

It is meant to show why the cosmological does not prove what it claims to prove.

This version, as opposed to the version in the other thread with a similar title, follows the same (flawed) logic to reach the conclusion that Universe Creating Pixies exist.

As far as the Bible's accuracy, lack of contradictions, or the reliability of the so called "prophecies", please feel free to open a thread for those subjects. They both can be demonstrated to be incorrect.

At the end of the day this argument is simply a joke, to mock the existence of God and keep in mind the atheist does not even believe in the universe creating pixies even though he uses the argument against the existence of God. Christianity, the Bible, and the Christian God, however, are based on far more than being unfalsifiable. Positive evidence and a cumulative case have always been part of the Judeo-Christian tradition. Those who attempt to use the Pixies argument against the concept of God are not making an intelligent argument; they are being fallacious and deceptive.

Again, this argument is meant to demonstrate nothing more than the flaws in the argument.

In the same way the argument does not prove that Universe Creating Pixies exist, it also does not prove that a god exists.

If you are going to presuppose that a god exists, then there is no need to posit any of the so called 'philosophical arguments for the existence of a god'.

I think we might be able to harmonize the Norse creation myth with universe-creating pixies. Someone had to create the void with fire on one side, ice on the other, and a giant cow and a frozen giant in the middle.
