So how much longer till this DICKtator is impeached

I think it's a question of where your values more align with. For example, I'm currently an atheist but if in the future if I find that my own values align more with Christian values, I'd probably be a Christian.

What the fuck do values have to do with your religious (or lack of religious) beliefs? The two have absolutely nothing to do with each other.

Quote:As far as I can tell it's:
1) Because he can't have kids of his own with his boyfriend. Perfectly understandable situation.
2) Because he is displeased with how differently the world sees homosexuality vs heterosexuality. I may be wrong but I think I remember him saying people think of homosexuality as something that's wrong with a person.

I don't know what you're talking about. While I don't know much about the guy, I do know that he's a raging fundy along with his insane statements -- go check it out on YT. My hunch is that he's exaggerating his flamboyancy to give his homosexuality more legitimacy to the right. I wouldn't normally speculate on something like that except, today on FOX he had really 'toned down' the make-up and stuff for his interviews, and I would suspect that he was requested to do so in order not to turn off FOX's older demographic. I've always gotten the impression that while he sincerely homosexual, he is also playing a shtick. Others have gotten the same impression.

I think the reason he doesn't want to be homosexual is because the right gives him shit for it, and he's always wanted to be the 'full package' deal like a Steven Crowder.

Quote:I think you mean feminists, he is anti feminist. He has repeatedly said he absolutely love women.
No, I meant SJW.

Quote:He's scared of Muslims. His justification for his fear is that a good portions of Muslims doesn't accept homosexuality. Yeah so what? He's a little bitch that runs screeching because he's a scaredy cat. Big whoop.
I'll concede the point.

Quote:??? What philosophy ???
How about when he said atheists lack empathy, have no morals, and are autistic because they are critical of religious? That's a really good place to start.

Quote:His opinions hurt you? Cmon... He's a self proclaimed internet troll. Would've been a shame if he didn't hurt you.
They don't hurt me at all. In fact, they are somewhat amusing in the world class ignorance he displays in them. The only offense I take is that he's a 32 year old man with an understanding of the world I'd expect from a teenager, or ignorant trailer trash in Kentucky. He was raised in Greece, by a wealthy family that gave him a good education far above the average Americans, so there's no excuse for his unfounded stupidity and prejudice.

Quote:Nope. These were his tweets:

Quote:The kind of tweets you said Leslie Jones got were not from him.
My mistake, you are right, he did not make the offending tweets. Nevertheless, he has certainly created the environment for these things with his bullying of Leslie Jones -- whom did nothing to warrant his attacks. The fact that so many racist posters are attracted to him, that he wears Nazi paraphernalia, and surrounds himself with known alt-right white supremacists, pretty much tells the true story of what he himself is.

Quote:If you don't like him why go to his event in the first place? There are other people that like him enough to give him a (growing) platform outside of breitbart.
Why the fuck does he want to speak to an audience of people that he has contempt for, at an institution he believes is evil? All he wants to do is get on his soapbox, be heard, throw verbal bombs, and call ANY criticism political correctness. It's a one way conversation completely.

At the rate he is going, it should not take too long. That is if things are done properly.

Apparently uk bookies are giving 2-1 on impeachment, 13-8 on just quitting, before the end of the first term [emoji38]

I very much doubt it to be honest, certainly will be interesting to see what happens though.

Source?

These polls are usually done using 1,000 people or so.

I should have stated my sources:

Of course, their forecast of the 2016 election outcome was not entirely accurate!  But, polling is not a perfect science, just an exact one!!

RE: So how much longer till this DICKtator is impeached
I don't think he'll be impeached and I don't think he should be. Well, I think he should be, but more I think he just shouldn't be there in the first place. Now that he is, though, removing him could give a lot of people who have been very angry for 8 years a reason to do something very stupid in retaliation. And I don't want that.

The thing is, and this may be scarier than his presidency itself, is that he is a direct 1:1 reflection of his base, which can be argued is very far from anything close to center-right. My instincts tell me to fight him for 2 years, get backup in 2018 hopefully, and keep fighting. Essentially, the democratic version of not rocking the boat. And at the same time, hopefully some god damned middle ground emerges, which doesn't seem likely as long as biased news channels and algorithms that ensure our echo chambers persist.
I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:

"I don't hang around with mostly men because I'm gay. It's because men are better than women. Better trained, better equipped...better. Just better! I'm not gay."

For context, this is the previous verse:

"Hi Jesus" -robvalue

Milo has never stated he is an evangelical Christian. He claims to be a Catholic, but judging by his behavior and other statements he doesn't really seem to practice and has bashes the current pope quite a bit. The fact that he is gay with an apparently active sex life also lends credence to this. I suspect he's one of those cultural Catholics who just holds onto some aspect of the religion due to some emotional connection. He's also half Jewish and with a sexual preference for black men ironically, for the people calling him a white supremacist. At his core he is a provocateur, he says outrageous things to get a reaction, he is very trollish, but to me none of this means he shouldn't be allowed to speak. People are saying the protests mean the university didn't want him there, well that isn't true. The students who wanted him to speak wanted him there and they were prevented from hearing him speak to do the violence and rioting.

Right, didn't they have the option to not attend? Or attend and peacefully protest? Or attend and yell a few obscenities and keep it to that?

Not going to happen. The Republitraitors know at this stage that the only way they win at a national level is by cheating, and then only barely. In 2018 expect them to remove the vote from a lot more citizens, and if even that doesn't work, expect Trump to look to declare the results invalid.

I honestly don't understand why conservative trolls like him want to speak at universities so badly. If you watch any of the speeches they actually give at these colleges, they bash the universities as being 'too liberal', call the majority of students there 'snowflakes', tell them everything they believe is wrong, and say ignorant things to provoke all the people they hate. I've heard Ann Coulter speak at Harvard and call it a 'hub for liberal indoctrination', and Steven Crowder called all college students 'snow flakes' -- ironically on stage with Milo. It's like, if you hold so much contempt for universities and the vast majority of people that go to school at them, why do you want to speak at these places so badly? Speaking at a venue where both the speaking party and the vast majority of those in attendance hold each other in high contempt, seems to me an epic waste of time at best. Ironically, they don't seem to understand that the people they bash are the ones de facto paying for their living through the college paying their speaking fees.
