What to do about North Korea?
|
Well, there is a way to deal with NK, but the price is going to be pretty high.
1. Bomb one of Kim's nuclear research facilities. 2. The will piss him off so much, he'll attempt the destruction of Seoul (which he could do more or less immediately with conventional forces). 3. China can't economically afford the loss of Seoul, so they'll be left with no choice BUT to intervene militarily. Pleasant dreams... Boru

You know, it wasn't too long ago that I heard people complaining about the US staying out of other countries business. We should try that.

A certain family from Arkansas can put pressure on China by threatening to take it's business to India.

I suppose in a perfect world the US (and their allies, namely us, the UK) would stay out of conflicts happening around the world but unfortunately it isn't that simple. That being said, I definitely think both our countries should tone it down a bit. Put it this way - our countries can't win whatever they do. If they get involved, they're seen as interfering invaders. If they don't get involved, they are accused of not caring and criticised for not doing enough. RE: What to do about North Korea?

Damned if we do and damned if we don't.
Maybe I'll just find a nice little island all to myself. Build a house, make sure I have some sort of solar panels for electricity and figure out how to have my own internet/wifi thing going on. Seems like the better option these days. Disclaimer: I am only responsible for what I say, not what you choose to understand.
With the orange baboon in power, I hope to the hardest that murica stays out of other countries affairs. Really, there are enough problems at home already, no need to add more to the list.

I suggest we leave a giant flaming paper bag of dogshit on Kim Jong Un's front porch, ring the bell, and run away.
That'll show him.
Nothing that won't cost lives that isn't already costing lives, the way I see it. I don't mean "do nothing", just that any option on the table has expenses.
