What distinguishes a fantasy book from the bible?
RE: What distinguishes a fantasy book from the bible?
How do you determine the trolls? Does it feel very much like staring into a mirror and seeing a more handsome, and better educated version of yourself? Honestly, prove me wrong, put your cards on the table. Do you have evidence for anything you claim. At all?
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

The Bible is fiction. Here is Bill Hicks to explain:

Take it away Billy

Where do I find meaning? ----> pleasure -----> hedonism

Where do I find meaning? ----> Wikipedia -----> lazy

Depends on what you mean by meaning.

There truly is nothing that makes me see the bible as anything more than a big book of fairytales.

I did that same question when statler come around this forum. I have yet to get an answer, but tbh, I now don't really care. The amount of sleazy apologist arguments, the same old, with no regard to what others said, the sheer dishonesty makes me bored of adressing him.

I am still convinced that statler is a troll (he even projects it, the last thread), but he is a very classic good troll, he walks the line just enough to not get banned. Good trolls are like that. I do congratulate him for his successefull trolling. Now, he is surviving on the attention people give him.

LOL at "sleazy apologist". You know the difference between a sleazy apologist and a well respected one? Delivery.

I don't remember this, are you making this up? I already presented a very powerful argument to Rhythm when he first got on here, one which he never addressed. Then he starts asking for more evidence? Forgive me, but to me he is just the beggar asking for more change five minutes after I already gave him change.

Answer me this though, how would you prove to a blind man that light exists?

If a tree falls in the forest does it make a sound? lol. You get your apologetics from fortune cookies, I just know it.

I must've missed your "powerful argument", link the thread for me?

So you can't prove to a blind man that light exists? So what would you tell him when he ridicules you for believing in something you can't prove to him?

Don't remember the thread; it was a bit off topic. It was a transcendental argument concerning knowledge.

I can't see ultraviolet, yet I believe it exists and that there are creatures which can sense it. The difference is that it doesn't go against all known laws of physics.

Oh, you put out a TAG? If I ignored it, it was out of respect. Perhaps I would have responded differently had I known you were such a blowhard. Here's your TAG inverted.
