JUST so you know, the IRS never calls you by phone, much less threatens a lawsuit on the phone.

I have also just received few calls from those scammers, but it came from 281-407-0678. I didn't answer their calls, though. Googled the number and found some reports filed at http://www.whycall.me/281-407-0678.html even since 2 months ago. I just blocked the number, then.
