1. When you buy a weapon you become a possible threat to a persons life so it should be mandatory that before you buy a weapon you shoul take an psychological evaluation. 2. If a sociopath can easily enter a store and buy a gun just like it was a can of soda , what are your gun laws for ? This and others can be avoided and even ones in the past if people have gotten the mental care they needed.
All of this can be avoided with proper mental care in the U.S. but it's just never going to happen.
