^ IDK if that rule applies to organized debates though, Vorles... might be an ambiguity in the rules. After all, if you wanted to organize a debate between a Marxist and a Libertarian, you'd necessarily have to limit who participated in the debate. (But then again, I guess anyone could argue the position regardless of ideology so IDK).
OP:
Can part of the debate be addressing questions from believers and atheists alike, submitted by forum users and selected by the moderator?
Can the moderator be an atheist?
