Ok, so what is your argument then? How am I misrepresenting you? You seem to be saying, that since it is a legal institution, that that one cannot be denied that “right” even if they do not qualify for it by definition. Really? So, those document you have to get from the courthouse before you can get married are just for fun and not legally binding in any way? You can just skip that part if you want?
