In terms of the gods us humans have tried to define, a solid 7.
About knowing all there is to know in the universe? Yeah I'll pass on that. Somewhere, out there, there could be an entity so beyond our understanding that it could be godlike. It doesn't matter to me.

For any god that would have Huggy as a follower I am an 8.

I can't conceive of a being such as the Christian God. He's in the dragon/fairy/balrog bucket.

Well, if one chooses a pimp's name for his monicker it logically follows...

Category 7: "I know for sure there is no God."
The question of godlike beings really doesn't fall under this category, since "God" is capitalized. I would assume this only refers to the various spiritual rather than material-like God-concepts, to the theistic, deistic, and pantheistic God-concepts specifically. Although I would assign different levels of improbability to each of the three, I am still confident they all have critical failings. The theistic God-concept contradicts well-established scientific observations. The deistic God-concept may as well not even possess the attributes of consciousness and willfulness, which are necessary for any god. And the pantheistic God-concept can't explain why, if we all form a unity, we are all nevertheless separate and competing beings.
However, since the improbabilities of each of these three God-concepts is high, I am comfortable saying I know they can't exist.

I'd have to say 7. If my mom knew she'd jump of a cliff so let's just not. tell her.

The idea that "we can't know for sure" is giving in to one of religions' many logical exemptions. Would you really say the same about other things besides God?
I don't think it's a logical exemption. Nor is it "giving in." It's reasonable to approach unknowns with a skeptical attitude. Skepticism is neither denial nor belief, but suspension in between until solid evidence is provided.
Claiming certainty where there is insufficient evidence is for theists. I'd like to think we're better than that.
Maybe it depends on how you define knowledge. How can we "know" anything? We dont even see reality around us as it really is. You could argue that you cant claim certainty about anything (except perhaps accepted labels, like "I know I live in New York ")
I feel as if I know, as much as a human can, that there is no God.

On rateme.com I pulled in some strong 7's.
My own existence is a shining example of why I strongly lack any belief in any gods.
I know that people starve to death.
I know that horrible things happen to people every day.
These things are incompatible with the existence of an all powerful, all knowing, loving god.

Balderdash, "New York" isn't a real place..it's just a clever digital illusion for podstem 37654b. New York sank centuries ago.
I'm there withya, at the limits of my human knowledge, with the same certainty. Hey, I could be wrong*, just like I could be wrong about the sun rising in the east.
*I'm not, lol.

Sun doesn't rise in the east though. The Earth rotates giving rise to the illusion that the sun moves up over the horizon. Relative to the Earth, the sun is motionless.
*I think this fact is pertinent to the discussion of epistemology we're having. (That's why I bring it up.)

Content equivalence is content equivalence.
Consider, though, the nature of your objection to my knowing that gods do not exist..if it's the same as your objection to my knowing that the sun rises in the east. I'd be justified in doubting that you know your own name by the same means.
-Which is fine, obvs, there's a wide range of opinion the subject, still, it's good to understand where we find ourselves.
