There's some super salty economic anxiety in this thread.

She's obviously trying to put this issue to bed before declaring a run for president. She could have easily done so:
I based my claim to Native American ancestry on family stories. A DNA analysis shows that I have less Native American ancestry than I was led to believe. I apologize if I have offended Native Americans in any way.
And it would have been over. The middle would have accepted it, and if Trump kept up the taunts, the middle would have thought Trump in the wrong.

You give the middle too much credit. By definition the middle (or undecided) are STILL open to voting Republican. That means they’re idiots. Idiots love racism. Trump calls her Pocahontas and their tiny brains have them pointing and drooling like a bunch of 4th graders. And... that’s why democracy sucks. This is where you end up.

First..the entire native american issue was concocted by rightwing nutjobs. Warren never received preferential hiring and has no tribal citizenship therefore does not qualify for any tribal benefits or allotments......but......

It seems, that calling her "Pochahontas" has more to do with her being very very eastern European (as the recent DNA shown), and calling herself an Indian. So, I am left wondering; how in the world, do you make any connection here to racism? There seems to be a large chasm, between what you start with, and where you claim to end.
