Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

Entry level organized crime.
Charming.
Not really, no (the charming bit, I mean). Yeah, the ‘organized crime’ part is valid. But we convinced ourselves that we were fighting for a just and noble cause. It’s amazing how effective lying to yourself can be.
For whatever it’s worth, I never took part in the looting.

I makes little sense to complain about unnecessary violence by instigating a bit of your own.
Protest is fine. Having a voice is fine. Striving to make change is fine.
When you try to legitimize theft, vandalism and outright violence against other people - you not only have lost high moral ground - you condone what you are protesting in the first place.
You become your own enemy.

Exactly that, yes. Go forth and explain this to the police officers and institutions which have instigated this violence.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Right after you go forth and explain to the business and property owners who lost out here exactly why their suffering is unimportant....

Why would anyone do that? OFC it's important, that's why they should be interested in whether or not their police forces are creating civil unrest.

Lol...
Funny how that works..
Cop does something wrong and it takes years for him to go to jail (if warranted) or maybe he is acquitted.....He is the bad guy from the get-go.
Looters - can have their crimes shown on national TV and they are never even identified. (Even though all their friends yuck it up when they see their buddy hauling off that keg of beer). They pretty much never get arrested or tried...
And they are "the good guys".

If the cops don't want to be the bad guys, they can always stop.

See what you keep doing?
"Cops" - plural.
It wasn't the cops that started this shitstorm.
It was ONE cop.
And you think they all are guilty.
Your use of the plural proves it.
But the "protesters"?
Well - there might have been isolated incidents by a few bad people....
Sure...
That's fair.

All cops are bad.
All blacks are drug dealers.
All Mexicans are lazy.
All Whites are rich assholes.
So very easy when you look at it like that. So very lazy too.

This particular shitstorm, true enough. But his actions don’t exist in a vacuum. From what I’ve read, this city has a police culture of treating blacks unfairly. The death of George Floyd was the trigger, not the cause. If you kick people long enough and hard enough, don’t be surprised when they eventually kick back.
The riots are not excusable, but they are certainly understandable.
