Have you ever seen someone really whacked out on drugs? I have. I saw a guy who was whacked on PCP - and six cops could not physically restrain him.
The dude died - and no cop ever struck a blow on the guy. (I ended up testifying in court over the deal).
...
Dunno about this case - but I would be way less than surprised to hear drugs were a contributing factor in both his being a problem child that needed restraining or even his death.

Doesn't matter that he was talking. He could draw air into his lungs, but his brain could not receive needed oxygen because blood flow to his brain was cut off, mechanically, by that fucking demonic cop5's knee.
I can clearly see that that was the proximate cause of Floyd's death in viewing the footage.
You don't see it because you don't want to...for "reasons", I assume.
But it is there, clear as day; and the independent autopsy confirms it.

Neither autopsy is listing the drugs in his system as contributors to his death. Try again.

Neither autopsy is listing the drugs in his system as contributors to his death. Try again. When a drunk driver puts his head though a windshield they don't put alcohol as the cause of death.
It's simply a contributing factor to the incident.
Same applies.

So any drugs in Lloyd's system are not the cause of his death, but a contributing factor. But - as LFC pointed out - drugs are not listed as a contributing factor in either autopsy report.
The cause of Lloyd's death is Chauvin's knee on his neck.

Sure, lol..let's talk about drunks. Let's say somebody murders a drunk. Is it not a murder because the guy was drunk?
I haven't seen your line yet OLB. What would a cop have to do to cross your line? Does that line even exist?

What is your evidence that this case is murder?
Hint - a dead body does not count as evidence of murder.

That would be your line, then? When a cop intends to kill someone, and does?
The officer in question is being charged with homicide....it's a homicide that plays out over a long period of time, all on video. Yet you're still in this thread, still offering these comments. I don't think that's really your line at all.

That autopsy found "no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation," according to the document, which suggests Floyd’s existing health conditions – coronary artery disease and hypertensive heart disease – combined with being restrained by police and any "potential intoxicants in his system" contributed to his death.

Oh i don't know the fact he was telling them "I can't breathe. Everything hurts.Please. Don't kill me." ~George Floyd." but the cop kept pressing anyway .When someone tells you there suffocating and you keep doing the thing that's suffocating them. I call that fucking intentional . This bullshit idea this was an accident is lame as hell.

I suppose that so long as cops stick to putting their knees on sick drug addicts necks, preferably black, it's not murder. Not that a little light murder is your line, ofc.
