The timestamps to go to are 2 hours 18 mins in, 2 hours 20 mins and 56 seconds in, 2 hours 22 minutes and 30 seconds in, then finally 2 hours 24 minutes and 15 seconds in. The shots from the body cam are over the period of about 5 minutes, from 8:23 to 8:28.

I'm not a math whiz but 8:23 to 8:28 is five seconds...not 5 minutes.

It's a video that's less than 6 hours.

Where are you getting your times?

8:23 to 8:28 is not the timestamps. I listed the timestamps all before that. 8:23 (or 20:23) to 8:28 (or 20:28) is what it says on the actual police body cam footage, showing the duration of time that passed.

Just go to 2 hours and 18 minutes into the video, and they will show all the body cam stills one after another.

As a complete aside, I love the judge in this case. No swearing in on a bible, no "So Help Me God".

I decided years ago that I am ever called to give testimony before a court, when I am asked to swear on a Bible, I will first place my copy of The Brothers Karamazov on top of the Bible before finally swearing. That said, looking it up, it seems like I’d be able to take that issue up with the attorney in question beforehand.

Here, you can simply opt for an affirmation, rather than an oath. No book of any sort required.

I think that many people feel that Floyd's lifestyle comes into play here, and for me, it really doesn't. Yes, he had a drug problem, but his gf explained how that began and how he struggled to get off drugs. That said, it doesn't have anything to do with how he was apprehended, handled, mistreated and dealt with by Chauvin and his crew. From what I've heard in the various testimonies, he wasn't resisting arrest - sounds like he was having medical issues due to perhaps ingesting a large amount of drugs, but it doesn't make a difference to how Chauvin acted. Chauvin's life wasn't in danger, I don't care what he says - we all can watch these videos with our own eyes, and see what happened...from various angles. I hope that there is justice, and that this doesn't end in an acquittal.

His defense team is now trying to make the case that Floyd saying, 'I can't breathe' is a form of resisting arrest. I absolutely LOVE that.

Chauvin wanted to punish Floyd for his behavior when resisting and his emotions/ego took it to far.

If the cops would have just waited it out, the handcuffed Floyd would have burnt himself out and complied.
