For the record, I was talking about the fact that they're arguing for a specific point, and yet they're somehow managing to show blatant counterevidence to their claims RIGHT FUCKING THERE. I can remember seeing James O'Keefe of Project Veritas defending the fact that he released blatantly edited footage, claimed that it was raw and uncut, and went as far as saying that, if the timecodes kept resetting randomly, it wasn't the sign that they were editing shit, their camera just did that on its own. He then showed a clip of this with his editing software that showed two clips, one of which STARTED THE INSTANT THE TIMER RESET. I can't find the original, but I remember TimbahOnToast covering it in one of his James O'Keefe videos.

The Tweet of Crowders Vaush showed from Crowder clearly implies that wanting to fuck one's mother was a preference which I think points to the latter, And yes James O'Keefe what a lying sack of shit that guy is.

Maybe you're looking at it wrong way?  They're not arguing for nor were they convinced by anything they have to say on the subjects.  There's nothing meaningfully provable in any of it, to them.

It might seem inexplicable to do something like that if you were actually arguing some point, any point, but..if not...then what?

In such a case with abundant video plus tons agreement that his actions were beyond the scope of duty, and on top of even his own medical witness as a defense, agreed that it was Chauvin's duty to render aid sooner than when Floyd actually got it in the ambulance. Maybe the lawyer was saying "You are in a bad spot, lets just hope for hung jury, don't open yourself up for questioning."

But given the total ethical and moral debasement of much of the electorate made repeatedly manifest by the last 4 years, I would not be surprised if some members of the jury needs hanging.

I get the emotion, but the issue isn't one jury or one case. The issue is changing our system long term, not getting rid of juries. 

I do believe that the DA has noted that if it is hung, that they would try again. But I think a hung jury is going to be hard with this jury because several of the jurrors are black, including black women.
