Growing-up in my fundamentalist evangelical Christian church I remember being completely bewildered by Mark 3:21-22. As I read the Gospels "vertically" (Mathew to John), I would learn decades later that the authors of Mathew & Luke, when they plagiarized Mark's account, both ditched 3:21-22. That passage did not at all jive with the picture of Jesus that both authors wished to paint.

Jesus was executed very soon.
After the third day when he came back to life, he did not stay among his prophets for many days and went to heaven. It is said that in India they taught to be buried for three days and come back to life. Perhaps Jesus learned this method. Because they nailed his bones and shoulder blades, he must have got an infection and died! Otherwise, he would have lived for 30-40 years and led his religion. Maybe he never came back after the execution and his prophets lied.
After Christ died, the first gospel was written decades later.
This shows that Christ was killed very early before his religion was explained to many. The reason that they wrote the first Bible decades later is because they were all busy. Because they were discussing whether to follow the same path as Jesus or to make changes so that the Jewish people would be less angry. When Christ was crucified, most of the people came to see the execution and shouted against Christ. That's why I think that Jesus saying that he wants to fulfill the Torah is a lie that was added later. In my opinion, Christ wanted a completely non-Jewish religion of European origin, of the polytheistic type, but since they were Jews, some Jewish beliefs and culture were automatically added. Later, his prophets brought the religion closer to Judaism to satisfy the enemies of Christ.
In the Middle Ages there were stories that Jesus went to Britain; the Mormons believe that he ended-up in North America.
What can be asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence. And, so, what's your point? (November 10, 2022 at 12:41 pm)Eclectic Wrote: Jesus was executed very soon. Since he was meant to die for our sins anyway, throwing himself under any passing oxcart would have worked just as well. Boru
