Um... no. Zeus was the king of the gods and the god of Sky and Thunder in greek mythology. He was not a man.
In any event: I, like you, lose no sleep over whether the greek gods are out there, because everything points to them being unsupported stories

I sincerely wish i could. Sadly, the Damnation/Redemption crap of the christian religion is one of the more insidious memes. Doesn't mean there is a shred of truth to it though.
Quote:Allah didn't give us any indication about the end of time like Jesus did.
A god that
wasn't gleefully relishing in the elimination of the human race?? Now there's a god i could worship!.... too bad he's just a myth too.
Quote: 3. Ragnarök is supposed to be the final battle between the gods, Odin, Thor, Freyr, etc..etc. But these supposed gods are already dead. They were mortal men (kings) claiming god-like status. Which leads me to believe Ragnarök is regurgitated stories.
Um... no. In norse mythology, they were the gods (aesir). They were not humans.
In any event: I, like you, lose no sleep over whether ragnarök is pending, because everything points to them just being unsupported stories.
And then, of course, there is your "end times" claim, in which a supposedly loving god is going to let us nuke the hell out of eachother, just so that his prophecy can come true. I lose no sleep over whether this will happen, because everything points to it being an unsupported (though remarkably sadistic) story.
