Music is something cultural.

Thought is not! Reasoning is not! Science is not! The scientific method is not! - these things are available for all and certainly not a "white cultural thing" as you stated! By stating that you might aswell claim that "non whites" have to learn reasoning from "whites" - arguing like a 19th century slaver talking about the "white mans burden".
