Maybe it's in the wikipedia article he mentioned which I read. They believe that God changed into Jesus temporarily, and then back again... keeping with the idea that God is one entity. Then the Holy Spirit is just another name for God, not a separate entity.
(AFAIK Christians believe that God is 3 persons and not 3 entities, which is where I would have taken issue with our departed friend. *blows into tissue*)

And then he leaves, victorious, like a pig wearing the finest robes. You bunch of ravenous sharks, you left nothing to other people to chew on
In the middle of all this I wonder why fr0ds and the other trinitarians had remained strangely silent to his claims. Gotta love theists for the way they protect eachother.

Learn from Fr0d0, you'll actually get-
...Oh he left. Dammit, Fr0d0, you scared him off by showing him what a reasonable Christian sounds like compared to his stark raving lunacy.

Utterly pointless thread. All I've learned is that the OP hasn't got the foggiest what he's debating against, or even what he's asking.

We are merely reacting to them.
I'm not obsessed.

Not always.
The French built the Maginot line, basically the ultimate trench, because they expected the second world war would be just like the first world war.
The Germans went round it.
The Germans went round it the first time. They just dusted off the Schlieflen Plan and used it again.

Science isn't an "institute." It's a way of learning how things work and understanding the world around us through research and experimentation. Religion is when a person makes up an explanation for how things work and tries to force reality to fit into that explanation; it rejects research and experimentation.
So yeah, research and experimentation and a willingness to adapt to new knowledge and understanding is superior to superstitious claims with no basis in reality.
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

I thought the guy reasonable and funny. Where he was ridiculed I think people misunderstood/ didn't notice his satire.
The evolution one went over my head... I missed the original on that one - it looked weird... but the guy said he was an evolutionist.
And what do you mean "other trinitarians"? lol He stated he was a non trinitarian you big failing man o war!!
