You do have to know everything about something to know all of it is true.
Funny thing with faith. People tend to be all or nothing. They believe all of it or none of it. I can believe that someone lived, taught and died. I have a really hard time that God turned a woman into a pillar of salt. I mean just for sheer randomness.

You don't have to know every aspect of gravity to know it is true.
What you are suggesting is you have to be God to know if God is true, but that is a contradiction because obviously you are not God.

Gen. 1.1 God created perfectly. Since we know God created, this agrees with 1.1.

Good example. If you did not know that gravity was caused by mass (sorry for the oversimplification physicists) you might think it was a constant. Then on the moon your "truth" becomes false.
