Ive already mentioned in previous posts. I dont believe something can be created out of nothing. All things point back to a divine creator.

I'm sure you make an exception for your creator, or else he would have to have found the material laying around with which to make the Universe.

Also, you know your next question will be "Who made your creator?" And I know your answer will be that he didn't need creating because he has always been, so I'm just going to leave this here as my reply-in-advance.

that's the big issue with theism in general. you have to prove god always was without a creator and logically a tea cup that exists outside of space time that was always there. one would think god like the tea cup had to be created and there for always could not have existed. then it goes into semantics, i do want to drag up my thread of god being a theist or atheist.

Hi, welcome. I won't be hostile towards you unless you give me a reason to. I will ridicule your religion though, because it is ridiculous, but that's not personal. I do it to all religions.

Evolution is fact, it is not a hoax. Of course religion hates evolution and has tried it's best to discredit it with propaganda. But there's no debate, it's been proven time and again. If you want to disagree with any validity, you'll need to first study it in depth. It's too complex to just dismiss with a wave if the hand.

I know plenty about the bible, including objective facts and it's reliability. Which is next to nil. I'm happy to explain why.

I'm happy to discuss religion, but if you pre suppose the bible is true and God exists, there's nothing to discuss except why you think it's justified to pre suppose those things.

We can all be pretty certain you were indoctrinated as a child, and that is the real reason you believe these things without question. It was forced into your head when you were too young to evaluate it properly, which amounts to child abuse. Now it's so ingrained you can't distinguish it from actual reality. Apologies if this was not the case.

Again this isn't a personal attack, it's a story we've seen a million times. I feel very sorry that it was done to you as it was done to so many others. I don't know if you'll ever be able to break that programming and critically examine your beliefs, but if you have any interest in honest debate then there's some hope. Until then, conversation just revolves around making up justifications for an already held belief and goes no where.

A poe is generally someone who is not a fundamentalist (might even be an atheist) who puts forward a fake persona of a fundamentalist in order to parody/make them look stupid.

It's a bit annoying because we don't need anyone faking fundamentalism in order to show its absurdity, it does a good enough job on its own.
