Ive already mentioned in previous posts. I dont believe something can be created out of nothing. All things point back to a divine creator.

But you do believe something came from nothing, else where did your god come from? Did he always exist? In that case why save a step and say the universe always existed, after that conclusion is more supported and simpler then adding in god.

God has decided to reveal more light to the Gentiles through the English translation then the original hebrew and greek. Why would God reveal more light to us then from the languages of hebrew and greek? God through His foreknowledge knew that the Jews would reject their Messiah,Jesus Christ.

This is my belief.

Nor are the languages you listed the only seven the Bible's been translated into, and . . . wait a minute. . . you don't really believe it's best because it's the seventh one? Tongue Is it really possible to be that superstitiously stupid?

Your lack of knowledge regarding the book you revere is appalling. How can you refer to yourself as a real christian?

According to the bible, the Jews did not accept Jesus as their savior because he was not their savior. It states quite plainly in the bible that the Jews were waiting for their sword wielding savior, whereas Jesus came to spread peace, acceptance, understanding, and love. The savior of the Jews was a warrior, and Jesus was not that.

It's great that you have a belief, Tony. Now justify it.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Not to say your belief is wrong but ill say the religion is. For one if the bible is true like some will argue that it is. Why is it that when scientists and archaeologists who go in and look for evidence for you guys they come up with nothing but more truth against the bible. Like the key thing with the bible contradictions. Noahs ark a boat that big would destroy itself when sailing and Noah could not get every single animal in the world on it but only 2 animals each of that region had to offer.


Psa 12:6,7 - are you kidding me?
The words of the LORD [are] pure words: [as] silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.

God has failed to preserve his message. He has allowed careless human errors and fallacious mortal doctrine to tarnish his divine message. Psalms lies. That means that, if the Bible is God's word, then God himself has lied.

I'm sure you are a good loyal Christian. Don't you deserve a sufficient holy book? A followable doctrine? A God who keeps his promises?

If my grasp of the queens english is as good as I think it is (it is), that seems to only compare the word to a standard purity for metal. Doesn't seem to suggest it applies to the word itself.

And are you going to point out the hint for your gap theory?

Edit: This I think actually answers my previous question about why god's word needed purification. It doesn't. You should have been all over that. Still creates an issue with this being evidence for your "particular version theory".

Silver in the bible represents the word(see prov 10:20 with psal12:6-7)

The gap theory can be placed between verses Gen1:1 and 1:2. Its something that I havnt studied in depth but it certainly holds a lot of weight because God does skip time periods between certain verses in the Bible.

God defined Himself in scripture as I AM(Exo 3:14).

The Lord chose perfect english to define Himself with 2 simple words:
I AM.

God is present tense. God is past, present and future.
