Ah, fuck off dipshit. Take your nonsensical 'metaphysical' ramblings to someplace where someone might give a shit. You want to prove to us your version of your sky fairy is real, give us what we want - something testable and verifiable.

Maybe this 2 cents throwing into the ring will help.
I totally disagree with Chad W. on the nature of the God of the Abraham faiths.

Islam does not worship the same God as the Jews- just ask a Muslim if their god is the same.

The God of the Jews and Christians made EVERLASTING covenants with Israel- covenants that Islam violates in what they wrote and practice.
Therefore, in that single example- someone is dead wrong.

One promise to the house of Israel is they would be brought back into their own land AFTER MANY DAYS and they would be restored to a pure language as well. That happened in 1948.
Coincidence that Abraham was born 1948 years after Genesis One.

P.S. All most people ever get is clues.
If you choose to follow the clues- you get clued in.

That the world is set to take away that land and divide it is also foretold (the "Peace Process).
The division of Israel land (God calls it HIS land) is the final straw that breaks the camel's back and brings heavy retribution on the participating nations. We ain't seen nothin yet.

By the way, there truly IS a place for the so called Palestinians - it is the nation of Jordan- where the rest of their relatives live.
But the Muslims have purposely kept these people within Israel as a festering sore and lever against Israel, rather than absorbing them back to their own people (as has been the case for the losers of wars thru ought history).

The entire world is going to see what God thinks of Islam.

Another, "By the way"- If it is America that splits Israel- God has stated (to more than one prophet in the last few years) that He will split America.
"There came a new pharaoh into the land......" by name of Obama.
His story is going to repeat.

This is my favorite so far of your insane quasi-threats.

Also, please do enlighten me as to where God said he would "split America" if America "splits Israel".

It's...yes,I think it's saying something. It's saying Chad is full of shit and to not touch it with a bargepole.

What do you think this means?

It's like a prophecy factory that only manufactures defective products.
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

I'm prety sure Islam worships the god of Abraham, but if we have any muslims or ex-muslims on the board, please explain why Islam doesn't worship the same god as the jews despite being considered an Abrahamic religion.

"After many days" does not even begin to describe the thousands of years it took for Israel to become a country again. I'm sure if it took 10,000, or 100,000 years, you'd still equate it to "after many days", which is why the prophesy is bull crap. If it actually said "in the year 1948", that would make it a good prophesy. Even "after many centuries" would be a little more accurate.

Nobody's talking about taking away land that belongs to the Jews. They're talking about giving stolen land back to the Palestinians, who deserve land of their own as much as anyone else.

I actually found some metaphysical evidence while I was out, which shows that what Chad thinks is wrong. Anyone wanna see it?

All you've said here is that you have an argument and it works, you didn't present it. Sorry, but "I'm right, and reason supports me!" is not a position we need to take seriously.

Now, would this "reason" be the same Aquinas, argument from ignorance, prime mover crap you've given in the past, and had debunked over and over? Because, you know, I'm happy to repeat myself on taking that shit through the wringer, if you're desperate to keep clinging to long superseded, unjustified philosophical nothings. Dodgy

Quote: Science takes as given the things about which philosophy inquires, specifically causality and the recognition of universals.

No, science understands that presuming an answer without evidence merely because there isn't some better answer is an argument from ignorance. Something you've apparently missed out on; "you can't account for this, you just take it as a given, therefore my god claims are true!" is breathtakingly fallacious. And if that's not what you're saying, then why bring this up at all?

FAF, God does things that are not recorded in the Bible.
He spoke to people before there ever was a Bible.
He speaks today to people and thru people.

The division of Jerusalem is describe in the book of Revelation and that event is in the time ahead.
The nations are drunk with dividing Israel and ultimately Jerusalem.
It is going on NOW- not in some distant time.

This is what the so called peace process is all about.
The Arabs do not want some of the land.
They want ALL of it, and in keeping with the Arafat doctrine, will take what they can get without giving anything in return.
Personally, I want the retribution to fall only on the heads of the leaders, but it hasn't ever gone that way.
You guys want proof of God.
You are going to get it, but you will not like it if it falls on you.
