RE: Facts about Darwin: psychological and mental illnesses
And Edgar Allen Poe was a junkie. Stephen Hawking cannot move, feed himself, shit, piss or fuck.
You make people miserable and there's nothing they can do about it, just like god.
-- Homer Simpson

God has no place within these walls, just as facts have no place within organized religion.
-- Superintendent Chalmers

Science is like a blabbermouth who ruins a movie by telling you how it ends. There are some things we don't want to know. Important things.
-- Ned Flanders

Once something's been approved by the government, it's no longer immoral.

On the other hand, the Pope can enjoy a blowjob from an altarboy. Take that, Science!

Sir Arthur Conan Doyle believed in fairies. A green elf climbed through George Ellery Hale's window and told him to get money from Rockefeller for the world's (then) largest telescope. Newton was a practising alchemist.

These men and what they personally believed are indeed fascinating, but irrelevant next to the work they left behind.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

If illness leads one to write such meticulous and clear-thinking works as The Origin of Species and the Descent of Man, you might still have hope, king.

You attempt to use his alleged problems with mental health to attack his science is pretty toxic. But that being said, you obviously haven't understood how science works if you think that the credibility of some guy who lived 150 years ago has any impact on our current understanding of evolution.

Oh wait, Jerry Bergman you say? The guy who doesn't seem to formulate a coherent thought if his life depended on it? Maybe you should look for less idiotic heroes, it might have a positive impact on your clarity of thought.

Your writing is a barely literate mess by the way, there is no way you would miss the horrible typos and nonsensical letter salad if you ever tried to read what you dump here.
The fool hath said in his heart, There is a God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

If science wants you to come home and meet its mother, don't fall for it - it's a trap.

Thanks for the tip! I'm not ready for wrath of Mother Nature yet :o

Science wasn't even my specialist subject, but you would have thought it was how much I go on about it.
