I did. Are you wondering why we are no longer required to obey the laws of the Old Testament?

We are bound to the moral laws (think Ten Commandments here), but the dietary and other laws are no longer applicable.
Are you saying that you follow the real Ten Commandments as stated in Exodus 34:12-28?  Did you redeem the first born of your donkey with a lamb?  Do you do absolutely nothing every seventh day?

Odd though,  when He had the opportunity, Jesus failed to list all 10.

Heck, Jesus added two dozen new commandments to the old ones.

(You have to understand that you are dealing with first-class fucking morons there.)

One time or another you can say god dammit and pretty much saying that you won't give forgiven if you damn god. There is some things in the bible
that aren't forgivable like god dammit, because damming god and such and you can't damn any part of the trinity.

As far as I understand, the unforgivable sin bit is reserved for only the holy ghost. You can call the all-mighty a syphilis infected pile of monkey shit and his bastard child the source of all flatulence in the world but, merely whisper that the Holey Casper doesn't exist, however... Oops. Did it again, didn't I?

What!? You are not required to obey the laws of the Old Testament?? Someone forgot to tell Jesus!! "Do not think that I have come to abolish the law or the prophets.  I have come not to abolish but to fulfill.  Amen, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest part or the smallest part of a letter will pass from the law, until all things have taken place."  (Matthew 5:17 NAB)

When I was a theist, we were taught that people like you were lukewarm Christians. God would spit you away. We were told that lukewarm Christians were even more disgusting to god that non believers.

Mixed fabrics and eating shrimp and working on sunday i'm just scratching the surface. Also preachers they are working on sunday, republicunt's they are working on sunday.
So pretty much were all going to hell for one thing or another.

Actually according to the bible the sabbath is on Saturday. So people going to Church on Sunday aren't keeping holy the Sabbath anyway. That's in the 10 commandments. It's hell for them!

I was (not so) politely asked to leave mom's church once when the topic of lukewarm christers came up. My comment that most of them are in more trouble with gawd that I am didn't go over terribly well. Angel

If you are bound to the 10 commandments, you are fucked. The Sabbath is on saturday, not Sunday. Saturday is the day of rest and worship.

I think that was one Jesus omitted.

Damn, this is getting as confusing as the fucking LDS shit storm.
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

Strictly speaking, it's sunset Friday to Sunset Saturday (for the evening and the morning was the X day...)

Right, one day that it is definitely not on is Sunday though.
