"Gunshot wound to the chest" does not sound like suicide to me. I don';t like the idea of a doctor being anti-vaccine, but that doesn't seem like a convenient way to end your own life. Obviously there will be cases of malpractice, people getting sick and dying from lack of proper treatment, and angry family members. The investigation is ongoing, but they looked at someone with a shotgun wound to the chest and decided probably suicide?
