Never mind, I see you're already friends with 3 of the people I just added lol. Wow.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great
PM me your email address to join the Slack chat! I'll give you a taco(or five) if you join! --->There's an app and everything!<---
I don't use any social media progs. I don't have that many "real" friends to worry about it.
I was asked to comment on a car club I recently joined so I joined up just for that. (Plus it's the only way to be notified of upcoming club meets) Didn't even use my real name, disabled absolutely everything in the options. Still getting notified about people I have never heard of who want to "friend" me. WTF! That's why I hate it, once you start, there's no turning back. With a forum, I can piss off for 12 months and nobody get's their nose out of joint.
No God, No fear.

Outside of AF, I don't really think about religion a lot. Like, Cath-y I keep up with some family that way but mostly I use it to keep up with things in horticulture, and to expand my connections in that world. (I also dabble in a dog group, surprised?)
I'm having a lot of fun with you, Cath-y, and I'm really glad you're sticking around here. (I'm pro diversity and pro manners.)
But I'm already feeling a little spread out there. So please don't take it the wrong way.
