And make it seaworthy. I'd love to see how that massive monster made of wood, with not even metal reinforcement, can somehow stay afloat for 140 days without breaking apart.
The largest seaworthy vessel was about half the size of the ark, made possible only by metal strapping, and even it leaked constantly.
Easily solved through experimental biblical archeology. Let them build their arc to their specification, and then load the ark with a pair of bible literalist for each pair of animals the literalists thinks was on the original ark, and set the packet adrift for 140 days.
