No i have not justified anything. I simply framed a command of God in the social structure in which it was originally given. You in your "horrible thinking" as to remove the original social structure and you apply your own. What is truly horrible is to take an innocent command that subdivides people based on strengths, and weaknesses and apply your own bigotry and hate to change this command into something that it is not. If anything you are the monster here for not honoring the time culture and stated command, by superseding what is written with your modern take of what this command would mean in your own corrupt mind/world.
BS. The command was not to treat people badly who did not measure up. The command was to isolate a few so as to serve a specific task. You in your own warp value system you are the one who assigns special value on one job over another. That is why you can claim this is not about a social value system, but if and when you do use the tool analogy and apply to the people of Israel to being assigned tasks and specific Jobs as God intended (A theme that carries over to the NT in the "one body many parts" Sermon Paul makes in 1 Corth.) then you whole objection gets flushed.
The only time your objection has any merit is in a "I" society or an individualist society where the Part/indivisual is considered to be greater than the whole. Again this is a failed/failing social structure that can not sustain it self more than one or two generations before social collapse reclaims it. Where as "one body many parts" approach has sustained humanity for millennia.
