1) I think it's illogical to call everyone a racist who brings up the fact that the black murder rate is so high and the majority of it is killing other black people.
2) Black on black crime isn't a loaded term meant to enable racists. It's a term describing crime committed by a black person where the victim is a black person.
3) Black people aren't only disenfranchised because of their own behavior but it is in part due to it. Not that I believe all black people are disenfranchised.
4) We hear about black on black crime in America so much in comparison to white on white crime or asian on asian crime because (a)America is a mainly white country, so in Japan, India, and China I'm sure the people there don't call their crime Asian on Asian crime, and I'm sure people in north africa don't call crime black on black crime.
(b) Black on black crime is more prevalent than asian on asian crime by far. I don't know about Hispanic crime.
5) The problems in the black community are way higher than in most other communities in America white or non white. Things like drugs, broken families, murder and so on. They are just mentioned more because they are more abundant. Although I agree with the video that this shouldn't be a free pass to kill black people but I wonder who he's arguing against when he says that.
6) He says in a really sarcastic condescending tone that when black people kill black people they're always caught, but then other black people are complaining about why so many black on black murders go unsolved?
So can any white police officers do anything right whatever they do ever?
If they solve the black on black crime it's racist, if they don't solve black on black crime it's racist.

In anticipation of replies I'm almost certain this post will generate, I know that there possibly are historical reasons and so on why black on black crime is high and the murder rate and so on. But the fact is that the murder rate is high, and the black community do have a lot of problems.
It makes no sense to say "Hey why are we talking about black on black crime anyway? Isn't that racist?"
I'm not saying there's no problem with police officers killing black people either.
But if the number 1 cause of black on black murder among young black men is murder from other black men it might be worth taking a look into.

From the look of the guys in this picture they look nearly 25 years old. Maybe it's time to stop being in gangs and tying colored rags around your head altogether, get a stable family together and not be involved in any criminal gang. Rather than being proud of being in a criminal gang that unites for one day with another criminal gang.
It would be really heroic if black lives matter worked with the police to take down these pimps and drug dealers in their communities but most of the time they only have the balls to shout in the face of middle class white people. That's all I ever seem to hear about anyway.
