Our economy isn't based on war, lol. We spend all of our money -on- war, like a hobby. Our economy is based upon our overwhelming productive capacity.

It's shittier, when you think about it. We're not actually a nation of arms dealers. We build all of the stuff that modern life (and fun!) is made out of. We just go a little nuts when we have billions to spare on a discretionary budget line we call "defense".
