That's never OK either. But that's not how you're ticking. The police is always right, since obeying authority is the first duty of any citizen. If you even get that chance, that is. The kid playing with a toy gun didn't. The naked and mentally disturbed guy didn't get that chance either. Hm, wonder where he could have hidden his weapon to pose an imminent threat.
