As far as I can tell, the guy is a walking paradox. He has stated he is an evangelical Christian that is also a homosexual, and sees no contradiction in being both of those things. I don't think he actually understands Christianity, or how anti-homosexual it is, nor does he understand that the political movement he belongs to are hostile to his sexual choices. Not only that, he seems to hate being gay, and has stated he wished there was a pill he could take that could change him into a heterosexual. And I'm no SJW, but his observations on women, other races, other religious, and other philosophies are offensive precisely because they are so ignorant and stupid. He's used all kinds of disgusting slurs, said atheists are autistic, women belong at home, gay therapy is good, and harassed black actors on twitter (that had done nothing to him) by calling them 'apes' in reference to their race. There maybe good reasons to talk more openly about the negative effects of SJW philosophy, but they ain't from Milo Yiannopoulos. He is complete human trash, that doesn't deserve a platform outside of BrietFart.
