I don't think he'll be impeached and I don't think he should be. Well, I think he should be, but more I think he just shouldn't be there in the first place. Now that he is, though, removing him could give a lot of people who have been very angry for 8 years a reason to do something very stupid in retaliation. And I don't want that.
The thing is, and this may be scarier than his presidency itself, is that he is a direct 1:1 reflection of his base, which can be argued is very far from anything close to center-right. My instincts tell me to fight him for 2 years, get backup in 2018 hopefully, and keep fighting. Essentially, the democratic version of not rocking the boat. And at the same time, hopefully some god damned middle ground emerges, which doesn't seem likely as long as biased news channels and algorithms that ensure our echo chambers persist.
