You don't believe but it has nothing to do with it not being proven. It has been proven.

You simply don't believe because you don't want to.

See, I could say the same about the Jedi religion.

The problem is, it wouldn't be any more or less true than what you have stated.

The religion exists.

The mythology exists.

That doesn't mean that the mythology is real and claiming that it has been proved is nonsense.

And I'll be more polite than I usually am when people try to tell me what I think or what my motives are.

Please don't try to speak for me.  I'm a big girl and I know my own mind.  I know what I believe and what I don't.

I don't need anyone telling me what I think.  And no one could, because mind readers are fictional, too.
