You have people of all different faiths, Religions, nationalities. It's a diverse multicultural region. 
1400 years of Islam didn't make the world an Islamic place. On the other hand, proof is Muslims began to quit their faith, secularism won the last world war, remember?

You have whole Islamic empires that extended so wide, dominated regions from Asia to Europe. They didn't lay eggs, or produce little xenomorphs. Instead, they perished, leaving a huge mess behind them.

All what was left, was an Imperialistic legacy that smells more like defeat, agony, and doom.
Seed the nearest towel; or lay eggs; it doesn't matter because you pray to dead people.
