I try and remember this philosophy.
The first time I found out about death I was listening to that song puff the magic dragon and it says he doesn't die in the song and I asked my mum why is it a big deal that he doesn't die.
I was sat on the washing machine and she was washing up while she explained about the futility of life and how we all die. And if I knew how to swear at the time I probably would have been thinking ohhh shiiiit.
Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
Impersonation is treason.
