I don't take Bahaism seriously after studying it. It has similar arguments and claims, but it flaws and contradictions.

I don't really have an answer as to why you should take the Quran seriously.

You have to have a calling for it. It's so easy and yet so hard to understand. If we act sincerely and believe in God, God will guide our hearts by it. If we follow unclear aspects of it in our minds, it will become a dark path to greater destruction then ever.

So don't go to it unless you are serious that you want to journey to the truth and will do your best to be a good human being leaving all that you know is meaningless and vain.

The Quran is the easiest book for me to remind of the essential higher truths. No book has facilitate the remembrance easier then it.

You cannot understand the hadiths without it and neither you can understand Quran without hadiths.

So tread lightly at this time, don't go to it wanting to show it false and see all it's flaws that MK doesn't see. Go to it if you ever get a calling to it. 

It's meant for guidance so it's for those looking for guidance and it's a means of uniting humans if that interests you.
